David Gómez-Rosado is Vice President, User Experience Design at Ask.com. His career in interface development spans more than 13 years across diversified industries (and continents). He has worked as User Experience Manager at Microsoft corporation, Creative Director at Nike.com, Chief Interface Officer at IconMedialab, Creative Director at HarrisDirect.com, Creative Director at Apogee Networks, Chief Creative Officer at WhiteStone Networks, President at Lobe Multimedia. In his spare time he persistently keeps on musing about user experience and tries to feed this website with ideas on the matter while speaking of himself in the third person. He is married to Lorena (a Venezuelan architect of legendary impetus) with whom shares the joy of raising their baby boy Lino. They all live in San Francisco, California. USA. Lorena and David both love documenting life and the places where it transpires. Also, Lorena enjoys savory crepes but David much prefers “Crêpes aux Châtaignes”… It’s a problem sometimes (Lino is sticking to milk for the moment and will not break the tie).
